Being at school and being bored out of my wits most of the time, I am a pretty regular customer on E-bay, the Internet auction site, since you can pick up some nifty items at pretty nifty prices! It gives you something to do with your time - constantly searching around for new bargains. E-bay is fast becoming something of a phenomenon and there are currently tens of thousands of items up for grabs.

Overall, E-bay works extremely well and is an excellent site. I would encourage people to use it and would also stress that it is not at all dodgy so don't be scared! One thing I would say though is don't pay more than you can afford to lose. I never buy anything over about 100 pounds.
